Tired of letting anxiety run the show and want to know what the next step is?

  • Let’s talk briefly about what brings you to therapy. I will answer any questions you might have, discuss the process, and go over the next steps to get you scheduled.

  • We will meet weekly or every other week. Based on your preferences and needs, we can meet either in-person, through Telehealth, or a hybrid of both. For children under 15, parent participation will be encouraged to help uncover patterns in your family keeping your child stuck. For ages 15+ you will learn how to break the patterns that worry created and develop new ways of thinking and doing things. You will learn the tools needed to stop anxiety and in it’s tracks and begin to feel better.

  • After learning the skills to manage anxiety, you’re more aware of patterns and able to predict when it will occur. You’re not afraid of doing what’s uncomfortable and that feels great! For parents, you will notice that your child is more flexible and outgoing. For adults, you notice that you feel more confident. You no longer give in to the demands of worry and anxiety. You are the one calling the shots now.
